Write to itosellos@hotmail.it. We usually answer within a few working days. Tell us the email of your account and, for a problem, what you were doing and what you saw.

Inside the app you can also send a report from the settings: it reaches us with the app version and the page you were on.

Account

• Deleting your account: in the app, campaign list → «Delete account». The window shows what happens to the campaigns where you are the Master before you confirm.
• Your data: to access, correct or receive your data, see the privacy policy, § 7.

Subscription and payments

• Payments are not live yet: during the closed beta the service is free.
• Once they are, you manage your plan from the app (campaign list → «Plan»): change card, cancel, download receipts.
• Payments are handled by Stripe and sold through Link, which also offers support for orders, receipts and refunds at support.link.com. You can always write to us as well.

Content and security reports

• Content that infringes your rights: write to us stating the content and the reason (see the terms of service, § 5).
• Security problems: write to us with the details; we will fix them and thank you.

Scrivi a itosellos@hotmail.it. Di solito rispondiamo entro pochi giorni lavorativi. Indicaci l'email del tuo account e, per un problema, cosa stavi facendo e cosa hai visto.

Dall'app puoi anche inviare una segnalazione dalle impostazioni: ci arriva con la versione dell'app e la pagina in cui eri.

Account

• Eliminare l'account: nell'app, elenco delle campagne → «Elimina account». Prima di confermare la finestra mostra cosa succede alle campagne di cui sei Master.
• I tuoi dati: per accedere ai tuoi dati, correggerli o riceverli, vedi l'informativa privacy, § 7.

Abbonamento e pagamenti

• I pagamenti non sono ancora attivi: durante la beta chiusa il servizio è gratuito.
• Quando lo saranno, gestirai il piano dall'app (elenco delle campagne → «Piano»): cambio carta, disdetta, ricevute.
• I pagamenti li gestisce Stripe e la vendita avviene tramite Link, che offre anche assistenza su ordini, ricevute e rimborsi su support.link.com. Puoi comunque scrivere sempre anche a noi.

Segnalazioni di contenuti e sicurezza

• Contenuti che violano i tuoi diritti: scrivici indicando il contenuto e il motivo (vedi i termini d'uso, § 5).
• Problemi di sicurezza: scrivici con i dettagli; li correggiamo e ti ringraziamo.
