1. Who handles your data
The data controller is WEBMINDS DI TOSELLO SIMONE, Via Walter Tobagi 22, 20010 Bernate Ticino (MI), Italy, VAT IT13121170966. Privacy contact: itosellos@hotmail.it.

In your browser the app stores a technical session cookie, needed to keep you signed in and never used for profiling, and, in the browser's local storage, your language, some preferences and the demo data, which never leave your device.
There are no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking tools. Fonts are hosted on our own server: opening the app or the site does not contact Google or other external services.
Other people's data in your content: campaigns are fiction. Please do not enter real personal data about other people; if you do, you are responsible for it (see the Terms of service).
3. Why, and on what legal basis
- Performing the service you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): account, campaigns, the AI assistant at your request, the notifications you turned on, answers to your reports, and the subscription. Payment happens on Stripe's page: we only receive the status of your subscription.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): security, technical logs, abuse limits, AI cost control, backups.
- Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)): receipts, invoices and VAT for sales are issued and kept by Stripe as the reseller (sold through Link).
- Push notifications start only after you grant the browser permission, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. AI assistant
- The AI features (world-building help, session recap, diary) run only when you use them. No text is sent to the AI automatically.
- The text you write and the part of the campaign it needs go to Anthropic (Claude model), which generates the answer. Anthropic is based in the United States; the transfer outside the EU relies on the safeguards required by the GDPR.
- AI answers can be inaccurate: read them before using them.

The other members of a campaign see its content according to their role: the Master sees everything, each player sees only what concerns them. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
6. How long we keep it

7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, receive it in a readable format (portability), restrict its use or object. Write to itosellos@hotmail.it; we answer within one month.
- Deleting your account: from the app, in the campaign list («Delete account»), confirming with your email; deletion is immediate. Sessions, campaign memberships, push notifications, reports and the AI usage log go with it. Your characters stay in their campaigns without an owner: they are part of the shared story, so their name and what you wrote there stay visible to the other members unless you ask otherwise. Campaigns where you are the Master pass to the longest-standing co-Master; without one, they are deleted with all their content. The app shows you what will happen to each one before you confirm. An active subscription is cancelled immediately, with no further charges.
- You can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or the authority of your country.
8. Minimum age
You must be at least 16 to sign up. If we find out that an account belongs to someone younger, we close it.
9. Security
- Passwords are stored only as hashes.
- Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS).
- Each campaign is isolated from the others, and players receive from the server only the data they are allowed to see.
- Sign-in and sign-up are limited against repeated attempts.
10. Changes
If we change this policy substantially, we will tell you in the app.

Nel tuo browser l'app salva un cookie di sessione tecnico, necessario per restare collegato e mai usato per profilazione, e, nella memoria locale del browser, la lingua, alcune preferenze e i dati della demo, che non escono dal dispositivo.
Non ci sono strumenti di analisi, pubblicità né tracciamento di terze parti. I caratteri tipografici sono ospitati sul nostro server: aprendo l'app o il sito il browser non contatta Google o altri servizi esterni.
Dati di altre persone nei contenuti: le campagne sono finzione. Ti chiediamo di non inserire dati personali reali di altre persone; se lo fai, ne sei responsabile (vedi i Termini d'uso).
3. Perché e su quale base
- Esecuzione del servizio che hai chiesto (art. 6.1.b GDPR): account, campagne, assistente AI su tua richiesta, notifiche che hai attivato, risposte alle segnalazioni e abbonamento. Il pagamento avviene sulla pagina di Stripe: noi riceviamo solo lo stato dell'abbonamento.
- Legittimo interesse (art. 6.1.f): sicurezza, log tecnici, limiti contro gli abusi, controllo dei costi dell'AI, backup.
- Obblighi di legge (art. 6.1.c): ricevute, fatture e IVA delle vendite le emette e le conserva Stripe come rivenditore (vendita tramite Link).
- Le notifiche push partono solo dopo che hai dato il permesso del browser, che puoi togliere in qualunque momento.
4. Assistente AI
- Le funzioni AI (aiuto alla creazione del mondo, riassunto di sessione, diario) partono solo quando le usi. Nessun testo viene mandato all'AI in automatico.
- Il testo che scrivi e la parte di campagna necessaria vanno ad Anthropic (modello Claude), che genera la risposta. Anthropic ha sede negli Stati Uniti; il trasferimento fuori dall'UE avviene con le garanzie previste dal GDPR.
- Le risposte dell'AI possono essere imprecise: rileggile prima di usarle.

Gli altri membri di una campagna vedono i contenuti della campagna secondo il loro ruolo: il Master vede tutto, ogni giocatore vede solo ciò che gli spetta. Non vendiamo i dati e non li usiamo per pubblicità.

7. I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedere di accedere ai tuoi dati, correggerli, cancellarli, riceverli in un formato leggibile (portabilità), limitarne il trattamento o opporti. Scrivi a itosellos@hotmail.it; rispondiamo entro un mese.
- Cancellazione dell'account: dall'app, nell'elenco delle campagne («Elimina account»), confermando con la tua email; è immediata. Con l'account spariscono sessioni, appartenenza alle campagne, notifiche push, segnalazioni e registro dei consumi AI. I tuoi personaggi restano nella campagna senza proprietario: fanno parte della storia comune, quindi il loro nome e i testi che hai scritto lì restano visibili agli altri membri, salvo richiesta specifica. Le campagne di cui sei Master passano al co-Master più anziano; se non c'è, vengono eliminate con tutti i contenuti. Prima di confermare l'app ti mostra cosa succederà a ciascuna. Un abbonamento attivo viene disdetto subito, senza altri addebiti.
- Puoi presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it) o all'autorità del tuo paese.
8. Età minima
Per registrarti devi avere almeno 16 anni. Se scopriamo che un account appartiene a una persona più giovane, lo chiudiamo.
9. Sicurezza
- Le password sono salvate solo come hash.
- Il traffico è cifrato (HTTPS).
- Ogni campagna è isolata dalle altre e i giocatori ricevono dal server solo i dati che possono vedere.
- Accessi e registrazioni hanno limiti contro i tentativi ripetuti.
